Select has today announced John Sisk & Son Limited as the construction partner on its £247million Affinity Living scheme at Circle Square in Manchester as it continues its rapid expansion across the UK. The multimillion pound deal will see Sisk deliver 677 apartments at one of Select’s landmark schemes.
Select’s Affinity Living scheme is split across two buildings and comprises of 677 apartments and 1500 sqm of amenity space. This includes shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces.
The announcement comes at a pivotal period of growth for Affinity Living as the ambitious brand is scheduled to deliver over 1800 apartments in Manchester alone over the next three years with a combined GDV of £644m.

Circle Square is a joint venture partnership between Select Property Group and Bruntwood. This collaborative and connected space at the heart of Corridor Manchester, will be surrounded by world leading centres of knowledge, science and technology, business, art, music and dance. Select is developing the residential component of the scheme with its Affinity Living and Vita Student scheme. Its 604 unit Vita Student residence is in development and will open in September 2017.
